MENCO Rewirable Switch Fuses are designed to provide reliable isolation and protection for appliances and equipment, especially where switching of mixed resistive and inductive loads is required, including moderate overloads. Manufactured as per IS:13947 (Part 3) 1993, Category AC22A, these Switches are available in current ranges of 16A to 32A (Double Pole, 240V) and 16A to 100A (Triple Pole & Four Pole, 415V).

The spring-activated quick make & break mechanism ensures consistent performance, reducing wear and tear while maintaining operator safety. Contacts are made from electrolytic copper or brass, plated to resist corrosion and fully tropicalised for minimal watt losses. For convenience, Rewirable cum HRC type fuse units are provided, making them suitable for both domestic and industrial applications.

Safety interlocks prevent the cover from being opened when the switch is ON and also ensure the switch cannot be turned ON while the cover is open. The enclosures are made of sheet steel, treated with a seven-tank phosphating process and powder coated, offering superior resistance to humidity and corrosive environments. Additional protection is provided against accidental contact with live parts, along with knockout provisions for easy wiring.
